Responsibility:
Assist HR Team to:
· Organization and Staffing tracking
· Coordinate with GE China HR in Campus Recruiting/intern recruiting
· Coordinate with recruiting manager
· Provide training logistics supports as needed
· Other HR related business required
Requirements:
· Graduate in 2009 or later, long time commitment
· Major in HR, Management, Business Management preferred
· Be able to work 3 days a week for at least one year
· Analytical skills, sensitive to figures, excellent in computer
· Effective communication, both in Chinese and in English
· Energetic, enthusiastic, detailed-oriented, creative and willing to work ha

-Location: Shanghai
-Working Frequency: at least 3 days/week
Responsibility:
· Daily data accuracy maintenance for system ESS/MyT
· Routine commercial position reports
· Free sample order release and molder setup
· Ad hoc requirement from Commercial/Finance Mgrs
Requirements:
· Graduate in 2009 or later
· Process-oriented and detail-oriented
· Related working experience in MNC.
· Good oral and written English skill
· Major in Finance, Accounting or related.

-Assignment Title 3: IT Intern
-Location: Shanghai
-Working Frequency: at least 3 days/week
Responsibility:
· Analyze End User Service (EUS) cases weekly to find root cause and correcti
ve actions or improvement actions. Reduce case volume and resolution time, red
uce burn rate by leverage Helpdesk, and communicate with VC leader as necessar
y on the service problem.
· Work with IT leader to drive IT infrastructure operational excellence.
· Support IT leader to drive IT projects including workflow design, domain mi
gration, IT assets accuracy, etc
· Routine commercial position reports
· Free sample order release and molder setup
· Ad hoc requirement from Commercial/Finance Mgrs
Requirements:
· Graduate in 2009 or later
· Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science or related field
· Have good understanding in information technologies. Good understanding in
OS, MS tools, IT security technique and policies, basic programming skills.
· Good command of English skills to enable good communications with global te
am and user communities outside China
· Strong communication, coordination/facilitation skills, able to work with i
nternal and external IT community and user community efficiently
· Good interpersonal skills, a proven team player
· Be able to manage time and prioritize daily work efficiently
· Good understanding of project management methodologies and able to drive pr
ojects with minimum supervision
· Be able to deliver on time with quality

-Assignment Title 4: Marketing Intern
-Location: Shanghai
-Working Frequency: at least 3 days/week
Responsibility:
· Conduct market research, and build up market customer database for ESP retrofit market in certain Industry;
· Lay out existing ESP OEM’s scope and project done list.
· Build up market database in certain industry, and working with assignment Leader for market segmentation;
· Develop industrial landscape for certain industry;
· Coordinate market events and consolidate VOC feedback;
· Support Marketing internal processing procedure.
Requirements:
· Graduate in 2009 or later
· Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing or related field
· Working/Intern experience in market analyzing.
· Strong communication skills and be self-motivated;
· Strong Market Research capability;
· PC skills for using Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.;
· Diligent and learning attitude;
· Excellent oral and written English, working in multicultural environment;
· Be able to work with minimal supervision / direction.
